7.1 Premium Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

7.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7.3 Refunds

Refund policies vary by service. For press release submissions, refunds are not available after publication. For subscription services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8.1 Submission Requirements

When submitting a press release, you warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You have the right to publish the content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You have obtained necessary permissions for any images or content used

8.2 Review and Approval

All press release submissions undergo review. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission that violates these Terms or our content standards. Approval typically occurs within 24-48 hours of submission.

8.3 No Guarantee of Publication

Payment does not guarantee publication. If your submission is rejected, we may offer a free re-submission opportunity for minor corrections, or you may request a refund if the submission cannot be corrected.

9.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by House of Crypto or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written consent.

11.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Crypto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
